Executive Chef Bill McCallum is well known in the community for consistently providing exceptional cuisine as the chef at the Treehouse Restaurant and McCallum’s Bar & Bistro for 20 years and Mac’s Restaurant & Nightclub in the historic Veteran’s building for the past 6 years. Now, as executive Chef and co-owner of McCallum’s Custom Catering, Bill will provide you and your guest with the most delicious, expertly prepared food available anywhere.
McCallum’s has extensive experience with very large multi-course sit down events, buffet lunches, dinners, picnics, weddings, corporate events and numerous family celebrations.
